It begins with a kickoff session where we'll cover everything you need to know, including the data you'll collect, the modules we're implementing (Senda, our AI assistant, included if you want it), and the areas we'll handle on your behalf, so you have a clear picture of the entire process from day one.

Start Content and Data Collection

During this phase, we'll guide you as you gather the content and data for your Happy Path instance, ensuring everything stays on track. We'll also collaborate with you to confirm that your unique visual branding feels perfectly aligned with your organization.

Need help with job descriptions or role profiles? Meet Senda, Happy Path's AI content assistant. Give Senda your role and department names, or bring what you already have, and Senda drafts role descriptions, career pathways, skills, and more, so your team starts with a real first draft instead of a blank page. Your team reviews and approves everything before it goes live.

Let Senda do the heavy lifting

Add Senda to your onboarding. Instead of writing every role description and career pathway from scratch, Senda drafts a strong first pass based on your org structure, so your team spends less time writing and more time reviewing. Senda is entirely optional, and available at any point in your onboarding.

See Your Happy Path Take Shape

In this phase, you'll see your app come to life as you begin entering content into the easy-to-use control panel. Your admins will have full access and control over all data and content. Together, we'll begin testing to ensure everything is coming together as planned, while also verifying that all integrations with your systems are fully in place and working seamlessly.

Celebrate and Watch Your People Grow

With your marketing campaigns live and your Happy Path instance launched, the journey truly begins. Your people now have the tools to explore career paths, build skills, and grow within your organization. As engagement and retention rise, you'll see the long-term impact of empowering employees to thrive, develop, and stay with you for the future.

We'll continue to support you post-launch, ensuring everything runs smoothly and helping you maximize the value of your investment. If you added Senda, it stays with you after launch too, helping keep roles and career content current as your organization changes.
